4.1. The personal information that Star Shopping Mall may collect includes, but is not limited to:

5. What information do we retain and how does Star Mall protect user information

5.1. We implement a variety of physical, administrative, and electronic security measures to ensure that your personal data is safe and secure in our systems. User personal data is stored on secure networks that are only accessible to a limited number of employees who have special access rights to such systems.
5.2. We will retain personal data in accordance with the Privacy Act and other applicable laws, including retaining personal data for the actual purpose for which it was collected, to provide our services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, comply with applicable laws, and maintain accurate employment, wage, tax or other records. In any case, we will analyze or anonymize your personal data when we reasonably determine that (i) we no longer have a relationship with you; (ii) retaining such personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which the personal data was retained; or (iii) it is no longer necessary to retain the personal anonymized data for any legal or business purpose. 6.2 For the avoidance of doubt, if the Privacy Act or other applicable law permits an organization like us to collect, use or disclose your personal data with your consent, the effects of the lawful withdrawal of consent will survive. Subject to the above and in compliance with the law, we may use your personal data for recognized legal reasons, including to comply with our legal obligations, to perform our contract with you and for legitimate interests. We will use these grounds to assess whether your data protection rights are impaired or, if necessary, for purposes related to legal infringement.
6.3 Personal data transmitted to or contained in this website may be intercepted or accessed by third parties unlawfully, may experience technical failures or fail to operate as intended, or information may be accessed by authorized persons due to our negligence, error or misuse. As described in the Star Shopping Mall Terms of Service, users (including any employee, agent, representative or any other person acting on behalf of such user) who possess other users' personal data through the use of the Services ("Recipient") hereby agree to comply with all privacy laws applicable to any such data, including any collection, processing, storage or transmission of such data.
6.5 Notwithstanding anything herein, the Seller (including any employee, agent, representative or any other person acting on behalf of such user) shall comply with any inquiry information received from Star City regarding all applicable privacy laws.
6.6.1 The Buyer and Star City Shopping Mall agree in writing in advance that the Buyer's personal information shall not be used except as reasonably necessary to respond to the Buyer's inquiry, process, handle or complete the transaction. Avoid contacting the Buyer through channels other than the Star City Shopping Mall information platform.
6.6.2 With the prior consent of the Buyer and Star City Shopping Mall, the Star City Shopping Mall platform will not disclose the Buyer's personal information to any unauthorized third party.
.6.3 The Star Mall Platform will take adequate security measures to protect the personal data of each Star Mall user it holds, retain the data only for the necessary period required by the above purposes and privacy laws, delete or return the data to The Star Mall within a reasonable time after the completion of the transaction upon any request from The Star Mall, and notify The Star Mall's Personal Data Protection Officer in the event of any possible data breach or other loss of such user data.
6.6.4. Our Policy on Children
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or retain any personal data or non-personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, and no part of our Platform is directed to children under the age of 13. We will delete any personal information that we believe is submitted by a child under the age of 13. In some jurisdictions, the age required by applicable law may be higher, in which case we will apply the age limit that complies.

8. Will Star Shopping Center transfer your information overseas?
Your personal data and information may be transferred, stored or processed in countries other than your country. Most of your personal data will be processed in the UK where our servers are located and we will only transfer your information overseas in accordance with privacy laws.

9.1 Withdrawal of consent
