1. Introduction
1.1 Welcome to the Star Mall platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using this Website or opening a Star Mall account (hereinafter referred to as an "Account") to understand your legal rights and obligations to Singapore Star Mall Enterprises and its subsidiaries. The services we provide (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") include (a) this Website, (b) the services provided by this Website and the Star Mall client software provided through this Website, and (c) all information, linked web pages, functions, data, text, images, photos, graphics, music, sound, video, messages, tags, content, programming, software, application services (including but not limited to any mobile application services) provided through this Website or its related services (hereinafter referred to as "Content"). Any new or enhanced features of the Service shall also be subject to these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Services provided by us Star Mall.

1.2 The Service includes providing an online platform service to provide a venue and opportunity for commodity transactions between buyers ("Buyers") and sellers ("Sellers") (collectively referred to as "you", "Users" or "Buyers and Sellers"). The actual sales contract exists between the Buyer and the Seller. Star Mall is not the subject of the contract or other contracts between the Buyer and the Seller, and Star Mall does not bear any obligations for these contracts. Buyers and sellers will bear all responsibilities for the sales contract, product listings, shopping guarantees and similar matters between them. Star Mall does not participate in transactions between users. Star Mall may pre-screen users or content or information provided by users. Star Mall reserves the right to the content or information you provide through this website. Star Mall cannot ensure that users will actually complete transactions.

1.3 Before becoming a user of this website, you must read and accept all terms contained in and linked to these Terms of Service, and you must agree to the provisions of the Privacy Policy (linked to these Terms of Service) regarding the processing of your personal data.

1.4 Star Mall reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or terminate part or all of this website or services at any time in response to legal requirements or in accordance with the principle of good faith. Star Mall may release certain services or their features in trial versions, which may not work correctly or as well as the final release version. Star Mall may also impose restrictions on certain features or restrict your access to part or all of this website or services in response to legal requirements or in accordance with the principle of good faith.

1.5 Star Mall reserves the right to refuse to provide you with access to this website or services or allow you to open an account for any reason.

If you use Star Mall services or open an account, you irrevocably accept and agree to the terms of this Agreement, including the additional terms and policies mentioned in this Agreement/or provided by hyperlinks to this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or access this website. If you are under the age of 18 or the legal age to agree to this Agreement under the applicable laws of your country (hereinafter referred to as "Legal Age"), you must obtain the permission of your parents or legal guardians to open an account, and such parents or legal guardians must agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you are not sure whether you have reached the legal age or do not understand the contents of these Terms, you should seek the assistance and consent of your parents or legal guardians before opening an account. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor who wants to open an account, you must accept the terms of this Agreement on behalf of the minor and assume responsibility for all use of this account or the Company's services, whether the account is currently open or will be established later.
