  • You can return the item 15 days after picking up or paying for it. Your item must be: unused and with all original parts; original packaging (if there is a label, please attach); in resale condition; with purchase invoice; used with any gifts that came with the product; the refund method will be processed according to your original payment method. If you pay for the item with USDT or ETH, the refund takes one business day to arrive.

  • If you still need to return the item (within the first 14 days), we will provide you with an exchange, replacement or refund.

  • Precautions:
  • Some items, such as food, piercing jewellery and lingerie, can only be exchanged or refunded if they are defective. Our website will state which items are non-refundable.
  • If you are returning a DVD, music or software product, it must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
  • If the item or packaging is severely damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.
  • We may ask for the product serial number or similar information to check that we have the item.

  • If we receive your item, we will inspect it before refunding you. Please note that if the item has been inspected but is not as described when returned, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or provide a partial refund depending on the condition of the returned item.

  • How long will it take for me to receive a refund?
  • If you return the item to Star City Shopping Centre, we can refund you immediately. Refunds will be processed to your account within one business day.
  • If you choose to return the item by post, please allow up to two weeks. We will process the refund as soon as we receive it. Refunds may take up to one business day to be credited to your account. We can't track your refund once it's been processed, but don't worry; you'll receive a confirmation message once it's been processed!
  • Remember, all returned items must comply with our return policy and must be in the original, unused packaging with proof of purchase.

  • Revocation of the Contract, Replacement and Return of Goods
  • 1.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods concluded in the Online Store (and to replace the goods, except for non-replaceable and non-returnable goods) without giving reasons by sending a written notice to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after receiving the goods after placing the order:
  • 1.1.1. If the Buyer ordered several types of goods and these goods were delivered separately, the starting time is the date on which the Buyer received the last type of goods;
  • 1.1.2. If the goods were delivered in batches/parts, the starting time is the date on which the Buyer received the last batch/part of goods.
  • 1.2. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods concluded in the Online Store (and to replace the goods, except for non-replaceable and non-returnable goods), the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing of the withdrawal/replacement of the goods within the time period specified in article 1.1 at [email protected], the content of the email has no fixed format, but it must clearly indicate the Buyer's decision to withdraw from the contract (or request a replacement of the goods).
  • 1.3. The Buyer must promptly send or hand over to the Platform the goods to be replaced or returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the notice of revocation. Any direct return costs of the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
  • 1.4. The Buyer will be responsible for any depreciation of the value of the goods due to actions that are not necessary to determine the type, characteristics and performance of the goods.
  • 1.5. The returned or replaced goods must be of good quality and intact, without losing their merchantable appearance (no removed or damaged labels, no removed protective films, etc.) and consumer attributes, and must have not been used. The goods are returned in their original packaging as received by the Buyer, accompanied by the receipt of purchase, warranty card (if any), user manual and other ancillary documents. The Seller has the right to refuse, replace or return the goods if they are incomplete, damaged, in poor condition or improperly packaged, in which case the Buyer will not receive a refund for the goods. The goods are considered to be properly packaged if they are placed in additional external packaging (box or bag, wrapped in paper, etc.) and the packaging is properly closed (e.g. glued). Any fragile goods must be wrapped in several layers of paper, cloth or foam before being placed in the outer packaging (box, bag, paper) to protect against shock. If the Buyer returns a defective product, the Buyer must provide proof of purchase.
  • 1.6. The Buyer will be refunded for goods that the Buyer accepts but later rejects, no later than 14 days after the Buyer has given notice of return, but no earlier than the Seller has received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been shipped to the Seller (whichever is earlier), unless the Seller and the Buyer have agreed otherwise. If the Buyer returns the goods or submits proof of shipment at the expiration of the 14-day period, the Buyer will be refunded immediately. The Seller will refund the Buyer via the payment method used by the Buyer, unless the Buyer has expressly agreed to another method and ensures that the Buyer will not incur any additional costs. The refund will be remitted to the account from which the Buyer paid for the goods.
  • 1.7. If the Buyer wishes to return the goods upon delivery, the goods shall be returned to the Seller representative who delivered the goods. The Buyer must complete the return document provided by the Seller representative.

  • 1.8. Under the Singapore Consumer Protection Act, only a buyer who is identified as a consumer can exercise the rights in clause 6.1 above. A consumer is a natural person who seeks to enter into or has entered into a contract for purposes other than business, trade, industry or profession.
